Select Google Business Profile

You need to be able to access the Google Business Profile associated with the account. Every day, I have to delete every account of Google Reviews from business profiles that are not the ones we should be monitoring. This needs to happen ASAP, it's too much time and effort and when we have the reviews loaded on the website giving reviews from all accounts associated with my login is not a feasible option.
