Responsive Dashboard / Backend

I'd like to request to make the backend dashboard mobile responsive so we can have the same level of easy access to all features on both mobile and desktop. I often try to respond to reviews while away from my computer, but the current interface is extremely difficult to navigate on a phone. Having a responsive backend would be a huge help for managing everything while on the go.
