Pre-fill form fields using URL parameters

Hi there,

We use your tool integrated with our CRM system to send automated emails to our clients. I have a suggestion regarding this workflow.

Currently, even though we already have the customer's name and email address, they are required to manually re-enter this information when they click the review link. This adds an extra step for the user.

My suggestion: It would be great if we could pass the customer information as parameters in the URL to pre-fill these fields on the form automatically.

An example link structure could look like this:

https://moregoodreviews.com/review/example-agency?score=5&fname=John&lname=Doe&email=john@example.com

This way, the fields are already populated when the user opens the page, so they can simply leave their comment and submit. It would be much more convenient for the user and would help increase our response rates.

Thanks for considering this!

Hi Scott. I just tried the feature and it works. Thanks 🙌 I'm wondering which labels we can use. For example, can we add Source or Tags?

Hello Scott. The status seems ready. Is there any documentation on how to use it?

Not deployed yet. but you’d pass in first_name, last_name, email, or phone, and it should prefill. Deploying this week.
