Move Save/Fail validation pop ups to the bottom right.

Low priority - Small display/usability item - any time we save something and attempt to move to the next task or flip between projects, we have to go to the top right and wait or close out the save successful message each time. Moving to the bottom right would free up the menu selection across the top and not impede the user.
