Make the review gating an option that needs to be activated by the client

Since Review gating is prohibited by most review platforms. It would be better to make this an option that the (end) client needs to activate. So by default all reviews get redirected to the chosen platform and when activated, the client can choose when the review gating is activated Below 3,4 or 5 stars. This way resellers are secured for legal steps.
