An integration with Google Sheets which we could use to request a review on a specific date would be very convenient. Is a direct connection with Google sheets possible?
This would be useful. As a service busines, I'm thinking that when a checkbox is ticked against a client row it could send the client info to MGR to begin the sequence. Because service appointments can be postponed it is important not to send before the service has been conducted. Just a thought!

Great idea! Would be nice way to track if or not the following fields: 1) Notification sent: Yes/No 2) Communication sent via: Email/SMS
3) Which review was clicked: Google/Yelp/etc
3a) This would help to only show links that have not been clicked OR state that its been clicked/visited
