Have an Info "?" icon next to each part of the system (dashboard, agency settings, etc) that briefly explains each section, setting, and option

Great for new users and seasoned users alike that may need a quick explanation of what everything means and does.

Example: I’m looking at the “tags” function in the Manage Limits section under the Agency options and wondering how they work and where they’re located. Tap on the “?” right beside the word “tags,” and a simple popup will give a 1 or 2-sentence brief explanation of what they are, how they work, and a link to the KB where it provides a full explanation. Or even just use the “?” to link to the KB.

There is a KB already, right? I’m just getting into this platform
