Under the email reminders tab, we can only customize one email reminder even if we have, say, two reminders set. We should be able to have separate messages for each of the reminders going out to clients.
You can now update the text for the 2nd and 3rd reminders going forward. Click on the Reminder tab and it will expand out to show the other two templates. These new templates will be used in requests going forward.
