Email customization

Hey again! Quick question about email customization:

I offer different services (consulting, training, book sales) and the customer groups are separate. I can already customize the landing pages per group, which is great.

Is it possible to also send different review request emails depending on the service? For example, one email template for consulting clients, a different one for book buyers, etc.

If this isn't supported yet, would love to see it as a feature — matching email content to the service really helps response rates.
