Be able to create more than one email template- not the follow up but a completely separate email to ask for continued feedback to send periodically while the customer is still a client.
This would be great for those of us with subscriptions!

This would be really great. Just today as I was writing the initial "Request" template, I was thinking it would be nice to be able to create different "Request" templates for different types of clients/use cases. Then when sending a "Request" to a customer, I could choose which template to send.

This is possible. You can edit the text for reminder 1, 2 and 3. Does that achieve what you want?

I don't want it to be a reminder- I want to keep reminders as are and create a whole new template that could be sent out after receiving the initial review. Currently I can only create one template. This would be completely separate verbiage. For our company it would be a completely separate email from the original that is sent out and the reminders/ thank you's.
