Customer Grouping and Manually Sending Thank You Emails

Great software. Would definitely want to see more options to customize or group-up customers. We are a school so we have a mailing list that varies each session - some of the customers also come back for the next session, so an easier way to group that up instead of using the tags would be great. Some customers also join multiple classes per session so sometimes I have to manually check if they exist already or not.

Would love to see more in terms of organizing customers.

Additionally, I’d love to see an option to trigger a template send, especially for Thank You emails that weren’t sent out due to the option being off. Something like an override for missed template sends.

Not sure how to word everything but hope you guys got it! We’re planning to use this for as long as possible so would love to see these changes happen.
