Create Custom Sources

I love how we can create custom 3rd Party Links, but it would be awesome to be able to create them as Sources too. This way, if I manually add a Review I can select the custom source I created from the Sources list. Or I could filter by that source, etc.

    @Scott Vayner - thanks for doing this. However, we need the ability to upload custom icons like we can for Links.
