AI can be set to reply to reviews with no text

Use AI to auto-reply to ratings/reviews with no text/image content, just a rating number.

This can clear up a lot of unanswered ratings that were left werer the user did not write or upload anything, they simply selected a rating number. This can speed up time going through low hanging fruit responses and take care of the bulk of the work.

We can either choose to still use AI for reviews left with text, or include that as well, in automated responses. But having the ability to filter out what it responds to can help.
