Agency Level Templates: Master Tags, Settings & AI Functionality

It would be ideal for the tags and the AI to be able to be set at the agency level or at the very least to clone an account for use for another client with all of the settings for AI and tagging setup. That way as a new client is onboarded, we can just apply full settings to new clients without starting from scratch.
