Add Location field to the Slack Notification

Nice to Have: The current slack notification only sends Project (brand) but no associated location. For multi-location clients, knowing which location got the review is nice to have so they can quickly associate reviews with the proper location. This is great for moral when a troublesome location gets a positive review or friendly competition for when location based teams get reviews for their assigned location.
