We can currently see which reviews have been responded to if on an external source (i.e. Google), but there doesn’t seem to be a checkbox or way to confirm that we have responded or resolved an Internal review. This would be to ensure the client has an “action list” of internal reviews to either respond to the customer to understand the issue for a lower score or simply mark the review as resolved. It would then clear out or work the same under the filtering for “Reviews without Replies.” Again, aiming for actionable insights or allowing a client to log in and see exactly what needs to be done, which reviews need to be responded to, etc.
