This can now be done in reverse. You can upload a review along with a customer on the reviews page.

There will be an import button on the Reviews section soon, with the ability to manually add a review (along with customer info) or import a CSV. If contact info is given and a customer is found with the given email or phone number, it attributes the review to them.
