You can generate and customize HTML signatures to copy and paste into your email client. There are 4 layouts to choose from, along with other customization options, like fonts and colors. Generate your signature, here.
You can now add custom fields to your review forms. Currently, you can add text, paragraph, and URL fields to your forms, and the responses will show up on each review in a Custom Fields section. Image fields are coming soon. For each custom field, you can set a minimum and maximum character length, and also which rating the field will be visible on. For example, if you only wanted to ask for a specific piece of information when the review is negative, you can do that by setting the field to show only on a rating of 1 or 2. Try it out, here.
We added a 2FA option that you can apply to your account to secure your data. You can scan the QR code with any authenticator app to add an additional layer of security to your account.
We added logic to flag the same reviews from different sources as duplicates, and then hide those reviews from widgets and showcases. You can also manually flag a review as a duplicate while editing a review in the console.
For agencies, you can now set the sender name, from address, and a reply-to address if you have connected a custom sending domain for your system emails.
You can now disable the link revealer button for negative reviews, but please use this with caution, as it can get your listing removed from third party review sites.
You can now add your own JavaScript tags to your agency portal, here.
You can now hide or show customer avatars on project showcases, here.
We made some adjustments to the way CNAMEs work. Each CNAME will require a TXT record to install an SSL certificate.
